When my good friend Peter Knab and I founded the Le Baou d'Infer cookery school in Provence we soon realised that the beautiful location and local food were prime ingredients for a great cookery book. Peter's gorgeous photography really gives a wonderful feel for the delights of both the cuisine and the culture of Provence.
